Santa Barbara, CA (May 15, 2012) – Tempest Telecom Solutions, LLC, a leading supplier of telecom and IT infrastructure equipment and related services to carriers and network operators,today announced that Dwight Linn, Architect & Engineered Solutions Expert and Chris Anderton, Engineered Solutions Expert will speak at UTC Telecom 2012 Conference. The premier agenda-setting conference for current and future leaders in utility telecom, UTC Telecom 2012, takes place May 20-23 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, FL.

Dwight Linn will participate in a session titled “The Future of Utility Communications Networks” taking place at 1:30pm on Sunday, May 20th. Dwight will provide a perspective on how future utility communications networks may look and case studies on how to take steps for migration to IP for Legacy Networks. He will cover various technology options for middle mile and last mile communications and the role that microwave & RF will play in the future of utility networks.

Chris Anderton will participate in a session titled “Advanced Monitoring Solutions for Remote Sites” taking place at 10:30am on Monday, May 21st. Chris will help utilities better understand design concerns and mandatory requirements on wireless networks for remote control of Medium Voltage devices installed along the distribution grid.

At UTC Telecom 2012, Tempest will showcase leading products from partners Alcatel- Lucent, 4RF Communications, and Haliplex.
