The Advantage Extended Warranty Program for Unlicensed Microwave Radios is a maintenance service that is simple to use and offers a predictable annual expense.
A warranty label from Tempest is supplied for each unit in the program, so defective units can be easily identified and shipped to our lab for repair. Radios are repaired and tested to OEM specifications and returned back in 2-4 weeks. A single RMA is issued for all units under warranty, so the time in processing individual repair orders is reduced substantially.
Unrepairable? Not at Tempest. With the Advantage Extended Warranty Program, we replace any radios that can’t be repaired.
