Heidi started working for Tempest in March 2007, joining the team as an Account Manager. Prior to Tempest, Heidi worked for Somera Communications for almost 5 years. While at Somera, her focus was primarily with the Rural Wireless Service Provider.
As an Account Manager, Heidi supports several regions and focuses her efforts on selling equipment and services to Implementation Engineers and Network Operation Teams. A normal work day for Heidi consists of talking with customers about the products and services Tempest offers.

Heidi feels that everyday is different and as she enters her office every morning, she is not quite sure how the day will play out. She really enjoys developing and nurturing customer relationships and gets a great deal of satisfaction helping customers with equipment or service needs, resolve network issues or provide a solution to a problem. She also enjoys traveling to customer locations and meeting people face to face.
As Tempest continues to grow, Heidi hopes to maintain the “small business” feeling as this makes Tempest so great to work with. She is proud to be part of a great and reputable company.
As a wife and mother of two, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. On most Saturdays you can find Heidi at the soccer field, coaching her daughter’s team and cheering for her son from the side-line. Her family also likes to camp, spending most their time at the coast and riding motorcycles or quads.
