 I have used Tempest Telecom Solutions on at least 4 occasions for Turnkey Microwave Services. All of these projects were emergencies, where we needed to get T1’s up within a few days’ notice. Tempest came through every time, performing the following tasks:

1. Performing Microwave Path Calculations and pre-engineering support same day as requested.

2. Providing microwave equipment, antennas, lines, hangars, connectors, etc. within two days after receipt of purchase order.

3. Installation of microwave, lines and antennas, channel banks when necessary, power when necessary and all ancillary that was needed within two days after receipt of purchase order.

4. Turn-up and testing, and eventual acceptance.

In all cases, Tempest performed the projects professionally, precisely, and punctually. Greater than Tempest always performing per project specifications is the times that they have had to change from the specifications. In these situations Tempest has done whatever it took to get the paths up in a timely manner.
