Radio Tech Level 1

Seeking a hard working, trustworthy individual with a desire to learn and participate in a fast growing company throughout the US in Microwave Radio installation.  A technical person responsible for performing day-to-day Technician duties that are issued out by the Sr. Technician on site.  Willing to advance his or her knowledge in Microwave Radio installation, installing AC/DC power, Fiber, Ethernet, Coax and DS1 cabling. 

Duties:

  • A technical person responsible for performing day-to-day technician duties
  • Installs, commissions, integrates, tests electronic equipment such as microwave radios, base stations, routers, racks, fuse panels and related cabling, etc.
  • Perform Anritsu sweep testing, DS1, coax, AC/DC power, grounding and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site with the Sr. Technician
  • Must be able to travel extensively as well as working overtime as required within the US
  • Must be organized with a strong attention to detail as self-starter, team player
  • Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Microwave Radio software

Seeking a hard working, trustworthy individual with a desire to learn and participate in a fast growing company throughout the US in Microwave Radio installation.  A technical leader responsible for not only performing day-to-day Technician duties, but also mentoring and developing more junior technicians in technical theory, application and operational discipline.  Takes on technical project-related escalations, provides appropriate levels of communication.  Has an advanced understanding of theory and application related to project management, all radio access networks, and backhaul to sites, disaster recovery planning response, data services, and location-based services.  The Senior Technician has a solid understanding of theory and application related to network design, capacity planning, installing power systems AC/DC, Fiber, Ethernet, Coax and DS1 cabling.

  • A technical leader responsible for performing day-to-day technician duties, and train/develop junior technicians out in the field

Sales Representative - Wireline Team

Responsible for achieving maximum sales revenue in all assigned accounts by developing strong customer relationships, communicating effectively Tempest's products and service offerings to each account, creating and responding quickly to sales opportunities, and by providing consistent, high quality customer service. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop sales opportunities in assigned accounts. 
  • Coordinate all aspects of account development with Wireline Sales Director. 
  • Perform all sales and sales support functions for assigned accounts. Manage sales logistics and administration with assistance of Logistics Assistant. 
  • In coordination with Wireline Sales Director, work cooperatively  with other company departments to ensure high levels of customer service.

Responsible for the oversight of all telecommunications project functions including budgets, schedules and quality control while working with our Services Division in Dallas, Texas. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing procedures and processes for multiple telecom, logistics and technical projects.

  • Manage reconfiguration and repair of telecom equipment.
  • Communicate schedules with customers.
  • Establish reporting for customers and internal use.
